A control room with ninety camera feeds is not being watched, and everyone involved knows it. Analytics changes surveillance from a forensic record into something that can act while an event is happening — an alert when someone enters a restricted zone, when a vehicle stops where it should not, or when a worker enters a press area without a helmet.
The applications that pay for themselves in manufacturing are specific rather than general: PPE compliance in designated areas, intrusion detection on perimeters after hours, people and vehicle counting at gates, queue and dwell measurement, and detection of stopped or wrongly parked vehicles in loading bays.
We are honest about the limits, because overstated analytics erodes trust in the whole system. Detection accuracy depends heavily on camera placement, lens choice and lighting, and a model tuned for one site does not transfer unchanged to another. We pilot on your cameras and show you the false-positive rate before you commit — a system that cries wolf gets ignored within a fortnight.

Common questions
Video Analytics — asked and answered.
Will it work on our existing cameras?
Often, but not always. Analytics is sensitive to placement, resolution and lighting; a camera positioned for general overview frequently cannot support reliable detection. The pilot establishes this honestly before you invest further.
How accurate is PPE detection?
Good in controlled, well-lit areas with cameras positioned for the task, and less so in poor lighting or oblique views. We report the measured rate from your pilot rather than quoting a vendor datasheet figure.
Does this need cloud processing?
Not necessarily. On-premise inference keeps video inside your network, which most manufacturing clients prefer, and avoids continuous upload bandwidth. We size the hardware for the number of streams.
