One-Time Technical Support

For the specific problem in front of you, without signing up to a monthly retainer.

Project-basedPune & pan-IndiaSince 2002

Not every business needs managed services. Some have capable internal IT and only need depth occasionally — a firewall migration, a backup that has never been tested, a virtualisation host behaving oddly, a network fault nobody has been able to pin down.

These engagements are scoped in writing before they start: what we will do, what we will not, what it costs and what you receive at the end. That last part matters. You get the configuration, the documentation and an explanation of what was wrong, so your own team is better positioned next time rather than dependent on us.

It is also a sensible way to evaluate a partner. Several of our long-standing managed clients started with a single piece of work and no obligation beyond it.

What you end up with

Outcomes, not activity.

A defined outcome at a defined price
Documentation your own team keeps
No ongoing commitment
An honest read on whether the problem is bigger than the symptom

Common questions

One-Time Support — asked and answered.

How is this priced?

Against a scope of work rather than hourly, wherever the task allows it. If the problem genuinely cannot be scoped until we investigate, we quote a short diagnostic first and then price the fix, so you are never signing a blank cheque.

What if you find a larger underlying problem?

We stop and tell you before spending your money on it. You then decide whether to extend scope, defer it, or handle it internally. We would rather flag it than quietly absorb it and present a surprise.

Do you provide documentation?

Always. Configuration, what changed, why, and how to reverse it. An engagement that leaves you unable to support your own system afterwards has not really been completed.
