Access control is where physical security meets HR, safety and compliance. The same system that keeps a store room secure also produces attendance data, tells a fire officer who is inside during an evacuation, and evidences restricted-area control for a customer audit. Designed narrowly, it does one of those and frustrates the rest.
We design and install the whole chain: readers and biometrics, controllers, door hardware, power and egress provision, credential management and the software that reports on it. Door hardware in particular is where installations fail — a beautifully specified reader on a door with no proper closer or a non-compliant emergency exit is a problem waiting to happen, and fire egress requirements are not negotiable.
Visitor management sits alongside it. Contractors, drivers and visitors are the least controlled population on most Indian industrial sites, and a pre-registration and badge process changes that without adding a queue at the gate.

Can access control drive our attendance and payroll?
Yes, and it removes duplicated hardware. The considerations are shift rules and exception handling — the technical integration is usually the easy part.
Are biometrics appropriate for a factory floor?
Multispectral fingerprint readers cope with worn, wet or dirty fingers far better than optical ones, which matters on a shop floor. Where hands are gloved or contaminated, card or face recognition is often the better answer.
What happens to the doors in a fire?
They must release, and that is a legal requirement rather than a design preference. We interlock access control with the fire alarm system and verify it during commissioning.
