Buying laptops outright means paying up front, depreciating them over three years and then discovering that disposing of them responsibly is somebody's problem. For businesses growing unevenly — or projects with a known end date — that is an awkward fit.
Device as a Service converts it into a monthly cost that includes the parts people forget: imaging and enrolment before delivery, support and replacement during life, and certified data destruction at the end. That last item is not a nicety. A laptop leaving your premises with a readable disk is a data breach waiting to be discovered.
It suits some situations far better than others, and we will say which you are in. Stable long-term headcount is often cheaper to buy for. Contract teams, seasonal ramps, GCC start-ups and anything with an uncertain horizon are usually better rented.

Common questions
Device as a Service — asked and answered.
Is renting more expensive than buying?
Over a long stable life, often yes on paper. What that comparison usually omits is deployment labour, in-life support, replacement of failures and compliant disposal. We will model both honestly, including the case where buying wins.
What happens to our data when a device goes back?
Certified wiping with a documented certificate per asset. For regulated clients we can provide physical destruction of drives instead.
Can we rent for a short project?
Yes. Short-term terms exist specifically for project teams, seasonal peaks and new entities that do not yet want to commit capital.
