Cloud Migration Services

Move what benefits from moving, and be honest about what does not.

CloudPune & pan-IndiaSince 2002

Cloud migration goes wrong in two directions. Some businesses move nothing and carry ageing hardware for years past its useful life. Others move everything, discover their monthly bill exceeds the depreciation they were avoiding, and quietly move workloads back.

We model the cost before the migration, not after. Some workloads genuinely belong in cloud — email, collaboration, disaster recovery targets, anything with spiky demand. Others, particularly steady high-throughput systems and plant applications with latency sensitivity, are usually cheaper and better on-premise. Hybrid is not a compromise; for most Indian mid-market businesses it is simply the correct answer.

Migrations run in phases with a rollback path at each one. Nothing gets decommissioned until its replacement has been running long enough to trust, which sounds obvious and is routinely skipped.

What you end up with

Outcomes, not activity.

A migration decision based on modelled cost, not enthusiasm
Workloads placed where they actually run best
Tested failover rather than assumed resilience
No stranded on-premise hardware you are still paying for

Common questions

Cloud Migration — asked and answered.

Will cloud reduce our costs?

Sometimes, and we will tell you when it will not. Cloud converts capital expenditure into operating expenditure and adds elasticity; for steady predictable workloads it can be more expensive over three years. The model shows which case you are in.

Is our data safe under Indian regulations?

Data residency is part of the design. We select regions and configure retention to match your obligations, and document where every dataset physically lives — which is what an auditor will ask.

What if a migration goes wrong midway?

Each phase has a rollback point, and the source system stays intact until the target is proven. Migration without a defined way back is not a plan, it is a gamble.
