Most mid-sized businesses in Pune do not have an IT problem so much as an ownership problem. The firewall is one vendor, the servers another, backup a third, and when something breaks each can prove it was not them. Managed services exist to collapse that into one contract and one number to call.
We take operational ownership of your estate: monitoring it continuously, patching it on a schedule, responding when thresholds are breached, and reporting monthly on what actually happened rather than on ticket counts. Because we are based in Pune, an engineer can be on site the same day when remote hands are not enough — which is most of the time with physical infrastructure.
Engagements are sized to what you run, not to a per-seat table. A 40-person office with two servers needs something very different from a plant with a control network, and pretending otherwise is how businesses end up paying for coverage they cannot use.

Common questions
Managed IT Services — asked and answered.
Do you replace our in-house IT team?
Usually we work alongside it. In-house staff know your business and your users; we bring depth in infrastructure, security and backup that is hard to justify hiring for. A common split is that internal IT owns end users and applications while we own servers, network, security and recovery.
What response times do you commit to?
They are written into the contract rather than left vague. Critical incidents — anything stopping the business — carry the tightest window, with progressively longer targets for degraded service and routine requests. We would rather agree realistic targets and meet them than quote aggressive ones we miss.
Can you support sites outside Pune?
Yes. Pune is our base and where our engineers are, and we deliver remotely across India with on-site attendance planned per location. For plants in the Nashik, Chakan, Ranjangaon and Aurangabad belt this is routine.
