Fire Detection & Life Safety Systems

The one system on site whose failure is measured in lives rather than downtime.

Life safetyPune & pan-IndiaSince 2002

Fire detection is the least forgiving system we install. Every other system on a site can fail inconveniently; this one cannot. That shapes how we approach it — conservative design, proper commissioning with every device tested and recorded, and maintenance that is genuinely performed rather than certified.

We design and install addressable detection, conventional systems where they remain appropriate, panels, sounders, voice evacuation and public address, and the interlocks that matter: releasing access-controlled doors, stopping air handling, and signalling to a control room. An alarm that does not release the doors it should is worse than no alarm, because it creates false confidence.

Maintenance is the part that quietly decays. Panel batteries age, detectors accumulate dust and gain false alarms, and zones get isolated during building work and never restored. Our AMC visits follow a written checklist against the device schedule, so isolated zones are found on a scheduled visit rather than during an incident.

What you end up with

Outcomes, not activity.

A system commissioned device by device, with the record to show it
Evacuation that works because interlocks were verified
Fewer false alarms, which is what keeps a system trusted
Documentation ready for fire officer and insurance inspection

Common questions

Fire & Life Safety — asked and answered.

Addressable or conventional?

Addressable for anything of scale, because it identifies the specific device rather than a zone — which matters enormously during an actual incident. Conventional remains reasonable for small, simple premises.

How often must a fire system be tested?

Routine testing is frequent and largely something your own team performs; comprehensive testing of every device belongs in a scheduled maintenance visit. We set the regime out in writing and log each visit.

Can fire detection integrate with our CCTV and access control?

Yes, and it should. Door release on alarm is a requirement, and bringing up cameras at the zone in alarm helps a control room verify quickly rather than evacuating on a suspected false alarm.
